Superior Fireplace Technician Curt serviced my gas fireplace and did an outstanding job. He covered the entire work area with a tarp and cleaned up everything after he was finished. He was able to clean ALL of the haziness off of the glass and it looks great. Very happy with his work and will be calling Superior Fireplace again for my next cleaning.

Superior not only helped us replace a 20-year-old, drafty, builder-grade gas fireplace with a beautiful new addition that comfortably heats the whole house, they happily helped us with every step along the way. From considering unit options to choosing finishing materials to handling financing and even matching 20-year-old siding after the install, we couldn't be happier. And just in time for Christmas and some very cold January weather!
Our gas fireplace is an older system and luckily we don't rely on it for primary heat. When we tried to use it the first time this season it wouldn't light so we called to have it serviced/repaired. After waiting several weeks our scheduled day arrived- the tech got lost but arrived in our scheduled time slot. He did not clean or trouble shoot the system but rather saw a coupling needed to be replaced and did so. Afterward, rather than try to light the fire place with the electric started he used a stricker, let it burn for less than a minute,replaced the glass, took our payment and left. Less than an hour later we tried to use it and it wouldn't light. When finally able to get in touch with someone after a few phone calls we were told they wouldn't be able to get someone back until January. At this point we spoke to the owner Ashley who, rather than hearing the issue and that we thought we had figured out the problem, relied on what the technician had written and did not offer any type of solution or to have a tech come sooner ( they would see if they could squeeze us in) but said we weren't a good fit and no longer their customer. We were obviously frustrated with the situation and voices raised on BOTH sides but we felt we were not heard and again no effort made on their side to have a tech come back out to re-evaluate our system. Reading other reviews this seems to be the regular outcome experienced by customers who complain or have issues -- there is no good customer service only to be told to go somewhere else- an interesting business model for sure. She also essentially called us liars stating that it's all perception and somewhere between what we said what happened when the tech was there and what the technician wrote lies the truth- but she continued to side with the technician- who by the way is her dad and who was more focused on selling a pellet stove than fixing our fireplace.
Superior hot tub and spa sold and installed our new hot tub and removed the old one. From start to finish the experience was pleasant and professional. We primarily dealt Tracy and Kurt but everyone from the show room and the installers were great throughout the process. We shopped around at a couple different places but after all is said andd done I'm glad we decided to go with superior.
Superior is awesome! Their expert team came to my house and helped me decide how to fix the monstrosity that somebody did to the "fireplace" in my house. Long story short someone took out the original wood stove and cut a hole in the wall to make a resemblance of a "fireplace". Superior inspected my chimney and informed me that my setup was extremely dangerous and if we started a fire in the "fireplace" there was a good chance I could burn down my house! They guided me on what to do and what type of unit to install. Because I had to make modifications to my house, the timeframe took longer than I expected. It was NOT Superiors fault, it was my specific situation. Now I know its safe and in compliance with code. Thank you again Superior!
Excellent service. Purchased a pellet stove and extremely happy with the whole process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and was very happy with product/service provided. Would highly recommend.
I have been debating upgrading our builder-grade gas fireplace for years. It worked, but it looked like we had Bic lighters as a fire vs some nice flames and glow. We took advantage of the big sale that Superior had at the beginning of the year to finally take the plunge into an upgraded fireplace. The crew that came out for the installation were all polite and professional. They walked us through the installation process and what to expect. Our installation was a bit more complicated than expected so they had to come back a week later with the parts that would properly finish off the installation. Throughout the process the communication from Superior was good. We are thrilled with our upgraded/updated fireplace. It actually looks like a fire!
